Human rights. We support the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Compliance with applicable international, national, state and local laws. We comply with local, national and international laws, including (but not limited to) all environmental, health and safety and labour laws.
Forced or compulsory labour. We do not use forced, bonded or compulsory labour and employees are free to leave their employment after reasonable notice. Employees are not be required to lodge deposits, money or papers.
Child Labour. We refuse the use of child labour within the company and in the supply chain.
Equality and diversity. We do not accept unlawful discrimination of any kind in working relations and we expect diversity to be promoted. We do not discriminate in hiring, compensation, access to training, promotion, termination of employment or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation.
Employee wellbeing and development. We give consideration to flexible working conditions to promote work/life balance, the promotion of training and personal development of team members.
Disciplinary practices. Employees are treated with respect and dignity. Physical or verbal abuse or other harassment and any threats or other forms of intimidation are prohibited.
Freedom of association. As far as relevant laws allow, respect is given for freedom of association.
Health and Safety. A healthy and safe working environment is provided for all employees, in accordance with relevant standards and laws. This includes making sure that adequate facilities, training and access to safety information are provided.
Confidentiality and intellectual property. We commit to maintain confidentiality with regard to all information we have access to, in accordance with applicable laws. We take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and intellectual property of our customers, partners, suppliers and individuals.
Refusal of bribery and corruption in business practices. We prohibit bribery and corruptive behaviour within the organisation.
The environment. We take all reasonable steps to manage our operations so as to minimise our environmental impact and to promote good environmental practice.
